This afternoon I am presenting some images of the Isle of Skye which lies off the north west coast of Scotland. It is a large and very scenic island and visitors should allow at least one full day to tour the entire island. Skye can be accessed via ferry or bridge.

Today, I am presenting some images of a Trossachs tour (Scotland).

The Trossachs is an area between Argyll and Perthshire, stretching north from the Campsies and west from Callander to the eastern shore of Loch Lomond.

The scenery is stunning, comprising lochs, craggy mountains, and forested glens. It is superb walking country.

The following three images were taken around Loch Earn

This afternoon I am presenting some images of the new Scottish Parliament, which opened in the autumn/fall of 2004.

The design is controversial.

Tours of the interior are available.

Worth a visit as part of an Edinburgh tour.
