Riversiude Scene at White Cart Valley

This evening, I am posting images and video following my visit to the White Cart Valley near Busby which in turn is on the southern edge of Glasgow. Its difficult believe this idyllic scene is so close to a major industrial city. Beautiful shades of green and yellow in the Spring sunshine-and very quiet too!

This brilliant yellow plant is called ‘Brandy Bottle’ and prospers in wet conditions.

This video give a flavour for the water, noises and colours on a Spring morning. Great place for a picnic.
