This morning, I found myself between tours so went off to visit nearby Greenbank Garden which is managed by the National Trust for Scotland and dates from the 18th century. I enjoy following the progress of the plants and flowers through the changing seasons. Below is provided a selection of early summer images from the garden.

I consider Greenbank to be something of  a ‘hidden gem’ and a nice spot for quiet contemplation.

Elsewhere today, I have been busy with arranging tours including (a) castles, (b) whisky and (c) a small group, two day tour of Scotland. Posted information on Moffat family history to my separate Glasgow Ancestry blog.
