Late yesterday evening I went down to central Glasgow to obtain images of the New Year revelries and fireworks. Unfortunately, I left ticket purchase too late and was therefore excluded from the main event but, nevertheless was able to obtain some useful night images which are provided below. These were taken around 12.30am this morning and show some interesting effects.

Overall, an interesting trip. Noticed a very heavy police presence in centre of town which, fortunately, was not required.
