This evening, I am posting information on the famous ‘Ladies View’ panoramic site on the Ring of Kerry. This view is one aspect of the Lakes of Killarney, renowned for its scenery and ranks as one of Ireland’s top tourist attractions. The Ladies View overlooks the Upper Lake beyond which are Muckross Lake and Lough Leane. The name ‘Ladies View’ originates from the delight it gave Queen Victoria’s ladies-in-waiting when they visited in 1861.
