This morning, I collected guests from their central Edinburgh hotel and proceeded as follows:

Across the Forth Bridge

First stop Lower Largo which has a sandy beach and connections with Robinson Crusoe via local man Alexander Selkirk.

Next to Anstruther where we had fish and chips at the famous Fish Bar. Also toured the town and harbour.

Next to St. Andrews where we visited the famous Old Course and took group photo on Swilken Bridge.

Next through central Scotland to Birnam and Dunkeld. After checking in at hotel we went for an evening drive to view the ‘Croft Moraig’ prehistoric stone circle near Aberfeldy.

Despite forecast of heavy rain, the weather stayed reasonably dry and sunny.

Tomorrow we head into the Highlands.
