George Square, Glasgow, Scotland.

This evening, I am posting a collection of photographs following my recent visit to the seasonal Fun Fair which is held in George Square at this time of year.

George Square is located in the heart of Glasgow, Scotland’s largest city. The square is named after King George III (1738-1820) and is populated by twelve statues of notable figures from the 18th and 19th centuries including Queen Victoria, James Watt and Sir Walter Scott.

The popular Fun Fair adds a dash of brightness and colour at this otherwise visibly dull time of year.
