Rosslyn Chapel

Today was the penultimate day of our Ireland and Scotland tour. Weather proved very favourable with sunshine and blue skies.

We departed our Edinburgh lodgings at 0930 and drove down to visit the nearby Rosslyn Chapel (above), a magnificent example of 15th century stone masonry skills which has been made famous via the da Vinci code. Guests attended the 10.00 am guided tour which provided insight into this building with its long and complex history.
