Glenlee at Riverside Museum, Glasgow, Scotland

This morning, I collected guests from Glasgow Airport and then embarked on a tour as follows:

First to Glasgow’s medieval Cathedral which dates from the 13th century, albeit on a Christian site which dates from around the 6th century. We were escorted around the building by an excellent Cathedral guide.

Glen Etive, Scottish Highlands

This evening, I am posting information on the stunning, Glen Etive in the Scottish Highlands.

This valley runs roughly north-south on the western edge of Rannoch Moor. It is accessed via a single track road which runs for 14 miles to its terminus at Loch Etive which is a tidal loch (lake) at foot of the glen. The road is accessed off the A82 opposite the Kingshouse Hotel.
