Garden flowers at Luss, Scotland

At around 12.00 noon I collected guests from Glasgow Airport and then embarked on a trip to Fort William in the Highlands region with sightseeing stops as follows:

First to Luss, a quaint heritage village on the banks of Loch Lomond. here we saw colourful gardens and views of Loch Lomond from the local pier.

Next, across Rannoch Moor to the Pass of Glencoe where we again stopped for photographs of the mountainous scenery before calling at Glencoe Visitor Centre for refreshments.

Finally, we continued north along the banks of Loch Linnhe to our destination of Fort William which we reached about 4.00 p.m.

Tonight we are staying close to Ben Nevis which at 4,411ft 2in is the tallest mountain in Britain.

Weather forecast is positive for tomorrow which should assist sightseeing in the Highlands region.
