Daffodil-Arctic Gold

This evening, I am posting images of colourful Spring flowers taken at Greenbank Garden, Glasgow, Scotland. This garden has changed little since it was established in the 17th century. The property is owned by Scotland’s National Trust with the garden open to the public throughout the year, thus there is always something to appreciate.

I benefited from excellent visibility when I visited the garden this afternoon. Bright sunlight followed directly after a rain shower which provided some useful perspectives and colours.

Greenbank is famous for 350 varieties of daffodil which were well in evidence coupled with a wide range of other flowers and shrubs.
