The Crannog Centre at Kenmore, central Scotland is a reconstructed loch (lake) dwelling from around 2000 years ago. This structure was built using evidence obtained through underwater archaeology at the Oakbank site on opposite side of Loch Tay. Experimental archaeology (crafts) are also on display.

Today, we travelled from Inverness in the north of Scotland to Perthshire in the south visiting House of Bruar, Queen’s View, Edradour Distillery and the Crannog Centre with overnight at Dunkeld.

Today, we drove from Plockton to Inverness in the Scottish Highlands visiting Eilean Donan Castle, Castle Urquhart, Loch Ness, Inverness, Culloden Battlefield and Clava Cairns.
